Join us in a meeting about Jewish Shavuot and Christian Pentecosts festivals

At the end of this week the Jewish Feast of Weeks - Shavuot, the Pentecost of Judaism starts. It will begin on 25.05.2023 on Thursday evening and last until sunset on Saturday. Then, on the eve of the Solemnity of Pentecost, the Christian Pentecost will begin. The connection between the two holidays is, of course, not coincidental. We will tell you about it this Friday, 26.05.2023 at 5 p.m. in the Town Library, hereby launching the 2nd edition of our educational project "The Story of the Bicultural, Pre-War Mszana Dolna". We would like to invite you all to join us! There will be a presentation, a tasting of dishes related to the holidays, and an opportunity for a conversation. We will also talk about the plans for the meetings ahead of us.
