Another group of young people learns the tragic history of the Holocaust in Mszana Dolna

On the 16th of May 2024, with another group of young people from the Complex of Technical and Information Schools in Mszana Dolna, we visited the mass grave of the Holocaust Victims on Pansky Street. It is moving that we walked almost exactly their last path, to their death, as our route led from Matejki Street, through the Market Square - where the ghetto was open, Pilsudski Street, where many of them lived - to the place of assembly and murder. The students of the second class of the technical school listened to the story of the life and death of the former residents of the city, viewed photographs of some of them, lit the lights of remembrance, and recited Psalm 23.

May the memory of the murdered last, may their names be tied in a knot of eternal life!
